It sounds like bragging disguised as modesty. However, I'll answer your question seriously since you probably mean it seriously. If you can't get into your desired schools, make sure you apply to several other second-choice schools. You can probably get into one of thlem, then boost your grades and transfer to A&M or UT after a year or two. Your minority status may or may not be helpful; Asians dominate a lot of good colleges.
