Should i get in the chuck e. costume or not?

i work at chuck e. cheeses. and ive had strep throat for the past couple days but i feel totally fine today cause ive been taking my antibiotics. its thursday morning and i work tommorow evening being chuck e. cheese. its a huge costume and its pretty hard to breathe. im really congested but im wondering if i should just grit my teeth and do it so i dont look wimpy saying 'im too conjested'. i just got hired so im trying to not have any negative marks against me. dressing up will be pretty miserable, but should i just get it over with?
