Red spots on , detailed description or symptoms and things I have tried to treat...help!?

Perhaps just irritation or a yeast infection from moist warm area. Use a cream like monistat otc. If this doesn't clear it go to a different doctor. You should not use a cortisone cream on the it can cause more problems. Use the monistat or even something like a destine or other baby rash cream.I also have used a product containing iodine like ''provodone idiodine''you could buy a douche with it in it like medicated and wash with that.If it doesn't clear in a week then go back to the doctor.
