Who would win between the Broncos and Panthers right now it they had a second Bowl?

Broncos. The problem with the Panthers is offense. You can't win, if you can't score points. The defense for the Panthers is much better in comparison to the Broncos, but the Broncos at least have the ability to score points. I like what I have seen in Tim Tebow, the running game with Knoshown Moreno continues to be consistent, and the WR's are picking up the pace even after Brandon Marshall left. I think once the Broncos get rid of Kyle Orton, and give Tim Tebow more of a chance, the Broncos will be a better team. Some say Tim Tebow won't be any good. I disagree. He won't be an elite QB, but he has potential to be effective. But if there were a bowl between the Panthers and Broncos, Broncos would win just because they have an offense that can at least keep up with other teams. The Panthers don't even have a QB they can rely on, let alone another WR besides Steve Smith.
