Boyfriend is terrible and lazy in bed?

There is absolutely no pion. We are dating a little over a year and it has been the same thing. No - no anticipation. No nothing! Not to mention his all time record may be 2 minutes and he doesnt stay up after. I've tried talking to him many times to no avail. I am completely frustrated! How do i get him to change, because I don't even want to do anything with him anymore. I feel like its not worth getting dirty for at this point. Help.
