Culturally speaking, why do white men have such victim mentalities?

Lol no. When I asked a question before about White AND Black men, Yahoo suggested the "Gay" section. I'm guessing when you put the word "men/man" they ume you're speaking ly. I don't believe all White men are whiny. I haven't met all White men and the ones I have met, aren't whiny. =)
