How Do i erase this pword so i never have to enter iit again?

It sounds like your talking about a BIOS pword, you can change the pword to blank and it will quit asking you for one when the computer boots. The trick to that is you have to enter BIOS using the supervisor pword, not the user pword. As there are many different BIOS softwares around you should also look for an option to require pword and disable that option if it's available.
