I have two problems:?

I have two problems: 1) my yahoo mail is putting my newest messages at the bottom of my in-box & I want to put them at the TOP; 2) I used to be able to send very attractive e-messages by copy & paste from Microsoft Word, but now whatever I paste comes out looking like the old-fashioned typewriter font, & with no boldface, italic or underline. How can I get my yahoo mail to accept the paste as is? THANKS!
